FIFA World Cup 2026: Shocking results are being seen in the performance of the teams in the FIFA World Cup 2026. South Africa dominated Canada from the beginning of the match, and the team tried to put pressure on the defense through continuous aggressive play. Some good moves were seen from South Africa, but the team could not convert them into goals.

Canada had two good chances to score in the last minutes of the first half, but the team could not capitalize on these opportunities. Moïse Bombito’s brilliant header was cleared near the goalline by South African defender Aubrey Modiba, while Tajon Buchanan’s excellent shot was successfully saved by goalkeeper Ronwen Williams. In the second half, the Canadian team was seen playing more aggressively than South Africa. The team attacked South Africa’s goal one after the other. However, South Africa’s strong defensive line did not allow Canada to take the lead.

In the 75th minute of the match, Canada made a big move by fielding star player Alphonso Davis. As soon as Davis came on the field, he put pressure on South Africa’s defense with his speed and excellent dribbling. The match seemed to be heading towards extra time, but then in the second minute of injury time, Canadian captain Stephen Eustaquio made a brilliant shot from outside the box, which went straight to the goal post.
