Mint-Pomegranate Raita: It is a refreshing, sweet and sour Indian side-dish, which provides coolness to the body in summers. It is served with pulao or paratha. Method
First of all, beat the curd well so that it becomes completely smooth and creamy. If the curd is too thick, add 2-3 spoons of cold water or milk to it and make the desired consistency. Now add black salt, white salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and sugar to the whipped curd. Mix all the ingredients well.
Finely chopped green chillies and mint leaves
Add finely chopped green chillies and mint leaves to the curd mixture. (If you want, you can also grind mint with some water and add its paste).
let cool in the refrigerator
Take out the raita in a serving bowl. Garnish with remaining pomegranate seeds and mint leaves. Let it cool in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving.
