In the latest episode of Lock Upp Season 2, Kangana Ranaut made a striking entrance as 'Janta Ki Awaaz', joining hosts Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh. She confronted contestant Ram Kapoor regarding his behavior on the show, stating, "Ramji, you shouldn't take the game so seriously. If you believe you're too important for this jail, then what brings you here? To display your foolishness?" In response, Kapoor asserted that he would reveal his truth when the moment was right, but Kangana urged him, saying, "Don't defend yourself if you truly wish to improve."

This wasn't the first time Kapoor faced scrutiny on the show. Earlier, during a segment called "chargesheet", Farah Khan pointed out that Kapoor, usually a leading figure in his projects, had become less prominent this season. Kapoor attempted to interject by raising his hand, which Khan found unamusing. He insisted that he found the moment humorous and had no intention of changing. When Khan warned that those who resist change risk becoming like dinosaurs, Kapoor humorously replied that he was ready to embrace that fate.

Clips of Kangana's remarks have gained significant traction online, with many viewers expressing their support for her candidness. Numerous social media users have praised her straightforward approach, with some even advocating for her to return as a full-time host, given her positive reception during the show's inaugural season.

The second season of Lock Upp kicked off on June 27, and Kangana is set to make her next appearance on July 4. During the "Judgement Day" episode, she will evaluate the contestants' performances from their first week and announce the season's first elimination. This season features a varied cast of 15 contestants, including Ram Kapoor, Sunita Ahuja, Shivangi Joshi, Harshad Chopda, and Riyaz Aly, all prepared for drama, alliances, and unexpected twists.
