- Black pepper powder – half teaspoon

How to make delicious spinach soup at home
Step 1: Prepare the spinach
First of all, clean the spinach leaves thoroughly and wash them with water, so that the soil or dirt present in it is completely removed.
Step 2: Fry the spices
Now heat ghee or olive oil in a pan. Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger to it and fry until it becomes light golden.
Step 3: Cook the Spinach
After this, add spinach in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Now add water or vegetable stock and boil for some time.
Step 4: Give final touch to the soup
When the spinach is cooked well, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down a bit. After this, grind it in a mixer and make puree. Now pour this puree again in the pan and add salt and black pepper to it and cook for a few minutes.
Step 5: Serve hot
Take out the prepared spinach soup in a bowl and add a few drops of lemon juice on top and serve it hot.
