How to make Paneer Popcorn
Paneer popcorn is a tasty snack dish. To prepare this, first prepare a thick batter by mixing flour, corn flour, salt, red chili powder, black pepper, ginger-garlic paste and a little water in a bowl. Now add the paneer pieces in it and let it marinate for 10 to 15 minutes so that the flavor of the spices gets absorbed into the paneer properly.
After this, wrap the marinated cheese pieces one by one thoroughly in breadcrumbs. If you want more crispy texture then do double coating. For this, first coat in breadcrumbs, then in batter and again in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai on medium flame. Keep in mind that the oil should not be too hot, otherwise the cheese will brown quickly from outside and will not heat properly from inside.
Now slowly drop the coated paneer pieces into the hot oil. Fry them for 3 to 4 minutes or until they become golden and crispy. Then take it out on tissue paper to remove excess oil.

Sprinkle some chaat masala and chili flakes on the prepared paneer popcorn. Serve it hot with green chutney, tomato sauce or mayonnaise. If you wish, you can also add finely chopped green coriander on top.
