Weak Immunity: If your immunity is weak or you get cold and cough very often, then you should consume curd wisely. Actually, according to Ayurveda, the cold effect of curd can increase phlegm, which can increase the problem of congestion or sore throat.
Seasonal allergy: If you have sinusitis i.e. seasonal allergy, then you should consume curd minimally or not at all. Consumption of curd in case of sinusitis can increase mucus and breathing problems.
In case of bloating: If you have excessive bloating or have irritable bowel syndrome then you should not eat curd. The lactose present in yogurt can increase symptoms like bloating and gas in people with IBS or lactose intolerance.
