For those preparing for government jobs, significant news has emerged. The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has initiated the online application process for the Auditor and Assistant Accountant main examination starting today, July 14.

Interested candidates are encouraged to apply promptly for these positions. To do so, applicants must visit the official UPSSSC website to submit their applications online. A total of 1829 candidates will be selected through this recruitment, with 223 positions allocated for Auditors and 1606 for Assistant Accountants.

- Firstly, candidates must possess a scorecard from the PET-2025 to apply.

- Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in Commerce from a recognized institution. Additionally, they must meet other specified eligibility criteria.

- The minimum age for candidates is 21 years, while the maximum age should not exceed 40 years. Furthermore, age relaxation will be provided for candidates from reserved categories.

The examination will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions worth 100 marks, covering topics such as final accounts, basic accounting principles, preliminary accounting, and book preparation. The duration of the exam is set for 2 hours. Notably, there will be negative marking of one-fourth of a mark for each incorrect answer.
