Pakistani violence continues in Occupied Kashmir, 12 killed in clashes, media banned to hide suppression!

Pakistan’s atrocities continue in Occupied Kashmir. 6 protestors were killed in firing by Pak army at bus terminal in Rawalkot yesterday. 12 more deaths were reported on Wednesday. Increasing the level of agitation in PoK, the administration has deployed a new 4000 thousand soldiers. After the death of several protestors due to continuous repression, a large procession was held from Rawalkot to Muzaffarabad on Wednesday afternoon.

As reported by BBC Urdu, the administration has turned the cities of Occupied Kashmir into virtual fortresses to prevent protests. It is also alleged that journalists are not being allowed to enter Rawalkot. Journalists are virtually banned from entering PoK to cover up reports of protests and repression of ordinary citizens. It should be noted that for more than a month, protests against the humanitarian behavior of the Pakistani administration and the demand for civil rights have been going on in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. Gradually, the fire of violence is spreading there. 12 people died including two soldiers.

Meanwhile, India has condemned Islamabad’s continuous repression in Occupied Kashmir. New Delhi has made it clear that such behavior is nothing but planned exploitation. The Ministry of External Affairs issued a statement on Tuesday. External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, “Pakistan has illegally and forcibly occupied this region. Decades of systematic exploitation, deprivation of basic rights and administrative oppression have led to the uproar of the people there.” “Instead of listening to the demands of the people there, Pakistan is resorting to force,” he added. The Ministry of External Affairs has said that there is extreme oppression on the common people including women and children of Occupied Kashmir. Stopped emergency supplies including food, medicine. The statement added, “Pakistan must be held accountable on the international stage for such gross misconduct.”

Members of the Pakistani-occupied Kashmiri community who immigrated to America gathered in front of the White House in Washington on Monday. They spoke out against the administration’s repression and human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir, drawing the attention of the international community and demanding action on the matter.

About 100 people, including women and children, participated in the protest program in Washington. The protesters demanded the withdrawal of Pakistani troops from the civilian areas of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. They called on the international community to take action against allegations of deadly attacks on unarmed civilians.
