NFR Apprentice Vacancy: Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has released a notification for the recruitment of apprentices for candidates who have passed ITI. Under this recruitment drive, training will be provided for a total of 6,777 apprentice positions across various railway workshops, divisions, and units. Understand Application Conditions
Except for the Medical Laboratory Technician trade, candidates must have passed the 10th standard from a recognized board for all other trades. A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the 10th standard is required. Additionally, an ITI certificate recognized by NCVT or SCVT in the relevant trade is mandatory.

For the posts of Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology) and Medical Laboratory Technician (Radiology), candidates must have passed the 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) subjects. Furthermore, a minimum of 50% marks is required in both the 10th and 12th standards. Copies of the 10th and 12th mark sheets and pass certificates must be uploaded during the application process.

What is the application fee?

The application fee is set at ₹100 for General and OBC category candidates. However, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) are exempted from paying the application fee.

What is the salary/stipend?
