Dubai : Indian all-rounder Akshar Patel has entered the top 10 in the ICC ODI all-rounders’ rankings after his brilliant performance in the first match against England in Birmingham. Apart from taking four wickets in this match, Akshar also scored an unbeaten 57 runs, which has helped him move up three places to ninth position in the latest ICC rankings list.
India won this match by six wickets. Akshar’s batting and bowling rankings have also improved. He has moved up 18 places to 73rd in the batting rankings, while he has moved up two places to 42nd in the bowling rankings.
