Kerala is known as ‘God’s Own Country’ for a reason. Every year in the month of July, Pallon, a hidden gem in Kerala, turns into a pink spectacle that seems straight out of a painting. This year too, the annual water lily season has begun at Pallom in Kottayam district, where thousands of blooming pink water lilies have transformed the wetlands into a stunning flowing carpet of lilies. It has become one of Kerala's most attractive monsoon attractions which is drawing photographers, nature lovers and lily enthusiasts from across the country.
