Playground Games is finally dropping the Forza Horizon 6 Series 3 “Italian Exotics” update, and they are bringing a massive wave of Italian metal to the streets of Horizon Japan. The “Italian Exotics” update goes live for download on Monday, July 13, 2026, with the actual Festival Playlist kicking off a few days later on Thursday, July 16, 2026.

We’re getting a mix of premium DLC, free playlist rewards, a temporary stadium takeover, and some long-overdue gameplay fixes that PC and Xbox players have been practically begging for.

Is the FH6 Italian Passion Car Pack Worth It? Ferrari F80 DLC Price & Details

The headline feature is the Italian Passion Car Pack, available as premium DLC. The premium car pack dropped on July 14, 2026.

If you already own the Forza Horizon 6 Premium Edition or the Premium Upgrade Bundle, it’s sitting in your garage right now for free. Otherwise, it’ll set you back £4.99 / $4.99 / ₹349 to ₹415.

Is it worth the money? Honestly, looking at the lineup, it’s hard to argue against:

2025 Ferrari F80

Ferrari’s latest, most ridiculous hybrid hypercar. The Ferrari F80 puts down 1,200 horsepower, weighs next to nothing, and uses Brembo-partnered hybrid tech to basically defy physics.

1967 Ferrari 275 GTB4 Spider

A drop-dead gorgeous, ultra-rare classic V12. Only 10 real-world examples of these exist, so virtual asphalt is the closest any of us will ever get.

2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia GTAm

A track-focused, 533 horsepower monster of a sedan. The aerodynamics were co-developed by Sauber Engineering and F1 legend Kimi Räikkönen, and it handles exactly like you’d hope.

1990 Alfa Romeo SE 048SP

A carbon-fiber Group C prototype monster powered by a Ferrari V12. It does sound terrifying.

How to Unlock the Lamborghini Temerario & Free Series 3 Rewards

If you don’t want to spend real money, you can still unlock some brilliant “new-to-Horizon” cars just by playing the game.

The weekly Festival Playlist challenges let you earn the following:

2024 Lamborghini Temerario

This is the real prize. A 907-hp twin-turbo V8 hybrid raging bull. It’s loud, it’s brutally fast, and it’s going to absolutely dominate the highway drag strips.

1984 De Tomaso Pantera GT5

Pure retro perfection. It looks incredible cruising under the neon lights of Tokyo.

2022 Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder

The perfect top-down cruiser for when you just want to listen to a V10 scream through the mountain passes.

FH6 July Patch Notes: Massive Rivals Leaderboard Reset & Bug Fixes

Because of recent physics updates, changes to drag tires, and a whole bunch of cheaters exploiting lap times, every single Rivals Leaderboard is being wiped clean.

Your “Collection Journal” progress is safe, but as far as lap times go, we are all starting from scratch.

They’ve also addressed some of the game’s biggest annoyances:

Less Brain-Dead AI

The AI has been tweaked so it actually tries to avoid slamming into your rear quarter panel when entering tight corners.

Exploit Fixes

Say goodbye to those cheesy AFK credit/XP farming setups, the annoying Eliminator head-to-head bugs, and the infinite Skill Point loops.

For the Builders

EventLab creators are getting 52 new props, including traditional Japanese Shirakawa fences and urban vending machines to make custom tracks feel way more authentic.

The Verdict: Is Forza Horizon 6 Series 3 the Game’s Best Update Yet?

This feels like the Italian Exotics update Forza Horizon 6 really needed. Blending Italian hypercar royalty with Japan’s mountain passes and neon-lit cities is a match made in heaven.

Between the mind-bending Ferrari F80; the free Lamborghini Temerario, a much-needed competitive reset, and the death of some of the worst exploits, it’s a perfect excuse to dust off your steering wheel and get back on the virtual asphalt.
