Her work wasn't limited to Marathi television, as she also appeared in Hindi serials such as 'Mera Sasural' and 'Maayka', expanding her presence across audiences.

Urmila Kanetkar's journey in Marathi cinema After establishing herself on television, Urmila entered films with her debut in the Marathi movie 'Shubha Mangal Saavadhan' in 2006.
