Raipur, 18 July 2026. In the Faith Conclave 2026 organized at Hotel Taj, New Delhi, Chhattisgarh Tourism Board effectively presented the new possibilities of the state before the tourism industry. During the conference, travel agents, tour operators, hospitality experts and representatives from the tourism sector from across the country showed keen interest in the natural, religious, cultural and tribal tourism of Chhattisgarh.

Tourism industry across the country showed its new strength

• In the program, Chhattisgarh Tourism Board President Neelu Sharma and Tourism Board Managing Director Vivek Acharya gave detailed information on the developing tourism infrastructure in the state, new tourism policy, eco-tourism, home-stay, religious tourism and private investment opportunities.
• The Tourism Board also invited representatives from various states and international travel networks to visit Chhattisgarh, so that they can directly experience the natural beauty, cultural diversity and tourist destinations of the state.
• Neelu Sharma said that the state government is continuously working towards making tourism an effective medium for employment generation, local economic development and increasing investment. He urged people associated with the tourism industry to include Chhattisgarh in their major tourism circuits.
• At the same time, Managing Director of Tourism Board, Vivek Acharya said that special emphasis is being laid on strengthening the tourism infrastructure in the state, increasing digital promotion, ensuring participation of the private sector and providing quality tourism services. He said that continuous efforts are being made to make Chhattisgarh a favorite tourist destination at the national and international level.
• During the Faith Conclave, tourism experts acknowledged that Chhattisgarh has immense potential for natural, religious, adventure and tribal tourism. Through effective promotion and investment the state can be included among the major tourism centers of the country.
