Malihabad, Lucknow. Now a new controversy has come to light in the accident case that took place near the village temple at around 9 pm on July 16, 2026. Tilsuwa resident Sarla’s wife Kalveer Yadav has made serious allegations against Niranjan Singh alias Lalla in the application given to the police. It has been claimed in the application that the complainant Niranjan Singh alias Lalla has hatched a conspiracy to implicate his two sons in a false case due to enmity.
According to the application, the complainant had written the names of Sarla’s son Rajat Yadav and Raj Yadav in the incident of the accident, whereas the family says that both were not present at the time of the incident. Sarla alleges that her younger son Rajat Yadav was present at his elder brother’s medical store in Para area of Lucknow at that time, while elder son Raj Yadav was keeping accounts of the farmers at home.
It has been alleged in the application that Niranjan Singh alias Lalla has tried to implicate both the youths in the case as part of a pre-planned conspiracy. Sarla has also said that the complainant had earlier also been trying to implicate the village people in false cases and this incident was resorted to with this intention. At the same time, Raj Yadav continuously says that he has nothing to do with this incident, there is a conspiracy to make him a criminal. He is continuously pleading with the higher authorities that sir, I am innocent. There should be a fair investigation and whoever is guilty should be punished.
The applicant has demanded from the police administration that an impartial investigation should be conducted on the basis of CCTV footage of the incident site, statements of eyewitnesses and other available evidence. He says that if an impartial investigation is conducted then the truth will come out and innocent people will get justice. It has also been demanded in the application that if the allegations are found true in the investigation, then legal and punitive action should be taken against Niranjan Singh alias Lalla.
