Kolkata High Court has issued orders for the arrest of 2 people including Abhishek Porel. This case is to the alleged rape and blackmailing of a medical student from Bengal. The court of Justice Saugata Bhattacharya has ordered the police of Hooghly Magar police station to immediately arrest both the accused. The court also said that the mobiles, laptops and other electronic devices of the accused should also be confiscated, so that the alleged objectionable pictures of the victim do not go viral on the internet.

Actually, the victim medical student from Bengal has filed a complaint against Abhishek Porel and another person making serious allegations. The student alleged that she was sexually assaulted after luring her into a love trap. Not only this, the accused also recorded personal photographs and videos of the victim without her knowledge. After this, the accused blackmailed the victim through the same private videos. The victim says that the accused had also threatened to make her pictures viral on the internet. The victim student has lodged an FIR in this matter at Magra police station.

Police informed that efforts are being made to arrest the accused. The court has directed the police to submit the report of the action taken so far on August 11. The next hearing of this case will be on August 11.
