2 cups fresh and cold curd
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 small tomato (finely chopped)
1 green chilli (finely chopped, optional)
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
salt as per taste
Finely chopped coriander (for garnish)

Easy step-by-step recipe to make Maggi Raita
1. First boil Maggi
Boil water in a pan and add Maggi in it. Cook it only as much as is necessary. If Maggi becomes too soft then both the taste and texture of the raita can be affected. After cooking, drain off the excess water and let the Maggi cool completely.
2. Prepare curd
Take fresh and cold curd in a big bowl. Beat it well so that the curd becomes completely smooth and there are no lumps in it. Now add salt and roasted cumin powder to it and mix well.
3. Mix vegetables
Now add finely chopped onion, tomato and green chilli to the curd. If you are making for children then you can leave out green chillies. Mix all the ingredients well with light hands.
4. Mix Maggi and serve
Mix the cooled Maggi in the curd mixture gently so that the noodles do not break. Add green coriander and chaat masala on top and serve immediately or cool it in the fridge for 10 minutes and eat.

It depends on your preference. If you like it more spicy then you can add a little Maggi masala while whipping the curd.
