From July 23 to 26, The Sports Arena at Singapore Expo hosted the inaugural PPA Asia 500 event, marking the highest level of professional pickleball ever seen in Singapore. The tournament attracted over 150 professional players from more than 13 countries, competing for a prize pool exceeding US$70,000 and 500 ranking points.
Hong Kit Wong from Hong Kong continued his impressive performance by defeating Adam Harvey in the men's singles final, securing his third consecutive PPA Asia singles title. In the doubles category, Collin Johns teamed up with Len Yang to clinch the men's title, while Jaeda Minniefield and Luc Pham triumphed in the mixed doubles event.

Organizers reported that professional registrations reached full capacity months prior to the event. Given that pickleball was relatively unknown in Singapore just a few years ago, this event marks a significant milestone.
