- 4 boiled potatoes
- 2 spoons green chutney
- 2 spoons sweet tamarind chutney
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ cup whipped curd
- ½ cup sev
- finely chopped coriander
- Oil
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- salt as per taste
- black salt as per taste
Method
- First of all, peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into big pieces.
- Now heat some oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until they become light golden.
- Take out the fried potatoes in a bowl and add green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney and lemon juice to it.
- After this add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and black salt and toss well.
- If desired, add whipped curd on top.
- Finally add sev and finely chopped coriander and serve immediately.

- Heat oil in a pan and fry the nests until golden and crisp.
