Including allowances, the in-hand monthly salary can range from approximately ₹35,000 to ₹40,000. However, experienced loco pilots operating premium trains like the Vande Bharat can earn a monthly salary of ₹1 lakh or more, inclusive of allowances. This depends on factors such as seniority, duty hours, and running allowances.
