Jharkhand NHM Vacancy 2026: Under the National Health Mission (NHM), the District Health Society, Godda, has invited applications for contractual recruitment across various health institutions and the district hospital. A total of 64 vacant posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. Interested candidates can apply online from today (the 6th) until August 30, 2026.

ARSH Counselor: PG degree in Psychology/Social Work, etc., 1 year of experience.
Counselor: Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Health Management, etc., 1 year of experience.
Nutrition Counselor: Female candidates only; PG degree in Food & Nutrition/Home Science.

ANM: 12th pass + ANM course, registration with the Jharkhand Nursing Council.

Age Limit Rules
Candidates must be at least 21 years old to apply. The maximum age limit is set at 35 years for General and EWS categories, 37 years for BC and EBC categories, 38 years for female candidates from General, BC, and EBC categories, and 40 years for male and female candidates from SC/ST categories. Age will be calculated according to the rules specified in the recruitment notification.

Application Fee
Candidates belonging to the General, Backward Class (BC), Extremely Backward Class (EBC), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹400. For candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories, the application fee is set at ₹200.

Selection Process
Candidates for the NHM Godda Recruitment 2026 will be selected based on a total of 100 marks. Of these, 10 marks are allocated for 10th-grade marks, 15 marks for 12th-grade marks, and 25 marks for the educational qualification required for the specific post. An additional 10 marks will be awarded if the candidate possesses higher qualifications in the relevant field.

Additionally, a written test or skill test will be conducted as part of the recruitment process, carrying a weightage of 40 marks. The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained across all stages, and candidates will be selected accordingly.
