The latest Telugu horror comedy Korean Kanakaraju is on a rampage at the box office. Headlined by Varun Tej and directed by Merlapaka Gandhi, the film is enjoying a strong theatrical run following positive word of mouth. The makers have officially announced that Korean Kanakaraju grossed Rs. 23.6 crore worldwide in its first two days. With Sunday bookings looking encouraging, the film is on course to post a solid opening weekend. The hourly bookings are also showing healthy demand, adding to the weekend prospects. Ritika Nayak, Satya, Muralidhar Goud, Chinna, Srinivas Avasarala and others play key roles in the film. Produced by UV Creations in association with First Frame Entertainments, Korean Kanakaraju has music composed by Thaman.
