According to a report by Business Standard, a penthouse in the super-luxury project ‘The Dahlias’ being built in Gurugram’s DLF Phase-5 has been sold for Rs 271 crore. This is the most expensive deal so far. Never before has such a big deal been done in India. This penthouse is built on an area of ​​17,200 square feet and its carpet area is 10,500 square feet.

Who is the buyer?

This penthouse has been bought by industrialist Manav Sardana, owner of a company called ‘Imperial Auto’. According to sources, DLF has sold it at a price of about Rs 1.58 lakh per square foot based on the super area. While its price is about Rs 2.6 lakh per square foot based on the carpet area. However, no official reaction has been received from DLF regarding this deal yet.

DLF has sold more than 65% of the units in this project so far. The price of a normal apartment in this project is between Rs 100 crore and Rs 170 crore, while the price of a penthouse is even higher.
