BJP MP from Farrukhabad Mukesh Rajput accused of forcibly occupying the house of brother-in-law and sister, FIR registered

Farrukhabad. An FIR has been registered against BJP MP Mukesh Rajput from Farrukhabad Lok Sabha seat of UP in Sahawar police station of Kasganj district. The BJP MP is accused of forcibly occupying his brother-in-law's house and shop and also threw him out of the house because of his political influence. This case has been filed against Mukesh Rajput by his sister Reena and her in-laws. This FIR has been registered against the BJP MP after the order of the MP-MLA court.

Cases registered against total 87 people till now

According to the information, on the orders of the court, a case has been registered against 87 people including Mukesh Rajput. Apart from Mukesh Rajput, a total of 87 people including his family members, security personnel and other associates are named in this FIR. Police sources said on Saturday that this action was taken on September 7, 2025 regarding a property dispute between the MP's sister Reena and her in-laws.

These allegations have been leveled against the MP

The victim's side alleges that during this dispute, the MP used his political influence to get his brother-in-law Ravindra thrown out of the house. In its complaint, the victim party has alleged occupation of the shop and house and assault. It is alleged that after eviction of Ravindra from the house, the people sent by the MP forcibly occupied his shop and house and during this, incidents like assault, rioting and looting of goods were carried out.

The victim's family says that they had complained to the local police and administrative officials immediately after the incident, but no complaint was registered. After the police did not take immediate action, the victim approached the court for justice, after which the court ordered to register an FIR. Police sources said that after hearing the case, the court ordered to register a case.

Names of 50 unknown people in FIR

Following the court order, a case has been registered at Sahawar Police Station against 37 named and 50 unidentified people including MP Mukesh Rajput on charges of robbery, rioting, assault and other charges. Superintendent of Police O. P. Singh (Superintendent of Police OP Singh) said that the matter is being investigated in depth and further necessary legal action will be taken on the basis of facts and evidence emerging in the investigation.
