**BE/B.Tech and Experience Required**

Age relaxation will be provided to SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates in accordance with regulations.

**Salary up to ₹2 Lakh; Selection Process**
Selected Deputy Managers at NTPC will receive an IDA pay scale ranging from ₹70,000 to ₹2,00,000. Additionally, they will be entitled to DA, various allowances, medical facilities, and other company benefits. Selection will be based on the shortlisting of applications, an interview or personality test, and document verification.
