Barbados batsmen scored runs
In this match played in Kingston, Barbados batted first and made a good score of 206 runs after losing 3 wickets in 20 overs. But then two consecutive wickets fell and Jamaica seemed to be on the verge of defeat. But Andre Russell hit sixes and the team came closer to victory. Russell had scored 68 runs in just 37 balls which included 9 sixes. Here 6 runs were needed in 3 balls and Russell tried to end the match by hitting the 10th six. But this time he did not get success and he got caught out. Then even 6 runs were not scored in the next 2 balls and the team lost by a close margin of just 5 runs.
