Lisbon: Portugal's legendary footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed his marriage with his longtime girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez. Ronaldo shared a picture on social media on Tuesday, in which he is seen wearing rings on both his hands.
Cristiano Ronaldo posted a picture holding hands with Georgina on his official Instagram handle. In the caption of the post, he wrote, “J” with “C” and heart emoji.
Ronaldo was recently seen playing for the Portugal team in the FIFA World Cup 2026. However, his team was eliminated from the tournament in the Round of 16 in July.
With the help of Mikel Merino's goal in the World Cup match against Portugal, Spain made it to the quarterfinals. This was also believed to be Ronaldo's last FIFA World Cup.
Ronaldo's World Cup journey started in 2006. He played a total of 27 World Cup matches till 2026 and scored 11 goals. Despite great achievements at the club level, his team was not successful in winning the title in the World Cup.
