Ingredients to make Gobi Paneer Paratha
- Flour – 2 cups
- Wheat flour – 2 cups
- Onion – 1
- Tomato – 2
- Cauliflower grated – 1 cup
- Grated cheese – 3/4 cup
- Celery – 1 tsp
- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Grated ginger – 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Garlic – 4-5 cloves
- Gram flour – 1 tsp
- Green coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
- Green chilli – 1-2
- Oil – as per requirement
- Salt – as per taste
How to make Gobi Paneer Paratha
step 1- To make Gobi Paneer Paratha, first grate the cauliflower and cheese. After this, finely chop or grate the ginger. Then finely chop onion, tomato, garlic, green chilli, green coriander. Now put 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds and green chillies in it. When cumin seeds start crackling, add grated ginger and garlic to it and fry for 1 minute.
Step 2- After this, add finely chopped onion to the spices and fry until it turns light pink. After this, add chopped tomatoes to it and cook them until they become soft. Now add grated cauliflower to it and let it cook for 2 minutes on low flame. After this add grated cheese and fry while stirring with a ladle. After cooking for 1-2 minutes, add all the dry spices and mix well. Then add gram flour and salt as per taste.
Step 3- Now fry the whole mixture for 2-3 minutes, then add Kasuri Methi and green coriander. After cooking it for 1 minute, turn off the gas. The masala for stuffing the paratha is ready. Now add flour and all purpose flour in a mixing bowl and mix both (if you want, you can also use only wheat flour). Add celery, 2 spoons of oil and a little oil and mix. Now add water little by little and knead the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Step 4- After the stipulated time, knead the dough once again and make balls from it. After this, keep a nonstick pan/griddle on medium flame for heating. During this time, take a ball and roll it. Place the stuffing in the middle and then close the mouth from all sides and roll the paratha. Put the paratha on the pan and cook it. After applying oil on its upper side, turn it and then apply oil on the other side and cook.
Step 5- The paratha has to be cooked from both sides until it becomes golden and crispy. After this, take out the paratha in a plate. In this way, prepare Gobi Paneer Parathas one by one with all the spices. Delicious Gobi Paneer Paratha for breakfast is ready. Serve it with green chutney, tomato sauce or curd.
