Chhattisgarh:- Under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai and as per the instructions of Minister in-charge of Forest and District Kedar Kashyap, Ayushman Maha Abhiyan will be run in Sukma district tomorrow on 13th August with the aim of providing better health protection to the common people. Under this campaign organized to commemorate the Bastar Tiranga Yatra, teams of the Health Department and District Administration will reach every village and door to door and make Ayushman cards for the eligible beneficiaries.
The preparations for the campaign were reviewed under the chairmanship of Collector Amit Kumar. The administration has set a target of making more than 10 thousand Ayushman cards in this special campaign, so that more and more families can get the benefit of health protection. Every eligible family will get the benefit of health protection. Through the campaign, eligible families will be provided the benefit of cashless treatment facility up to Rs 5 lakh per year under the Ayushman Scheme. Along with this, health security will be ensured for senior citizens aged 70 years and above under Ayushman Vaya Vandana Yojana.
Keep the necessary documents to get the card made. To get the Ayushman card made, you will have to bring Aadhar card, ration card, mobile number linked to Aadhar and necessary identity documents. Ayushman cards will be made completely free of cost during the campaign. On reaching the village, the team must get the card made. Collector Amit Kumar and District Panchayat CEO Mukund Thakur have appealed to the people of the district to get Ayushman card made for all the eligible members of the family registered in the ration card.
The health department team will reach the village on August 13, so everyone should be present with the necessary documents. Those whose Ayushman card is already made, there is no need to get the card made again. Special campaign for the elderly The district administration has especially requested the elderly aged 70 years and above to get Ayushman Vaya Vandana card made. The administration has given the message – “If your name is in the ration card then definitely get the Ayushman card made.”
