Congress MP Rahul Gandhi addressed the “Constructive Congress National Convention” on Thursday. During the session, he lashed out at the central government on several issues, lashing out at Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. He also commented on Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). He said, “We should not suppress our expression. The day there is talk of eliminating the expression of RSS from the country, I will defend them because they too have the right to express themselves.”
Rahul Gandhi said, “We say that one should speak openly what is in his heart, but no one can suppress anyone. Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Jain, anyone can speak his mind openly. Only when the expression of the nation comes out, the strength of the nation will be visible to the whole world. But these people are ready to suppress the expression of the nation itself.”
Earlier, he had said that the RSS was the strength of small businesses, which the RSS itself had betrayed with demonetisation and destroyed with the introduction of the false GST. Corporate injection into the RSS was initiated by Pramod Mahajan, and subsequently by Narendra Modi. Rahul also targeted the central government on the India-China issue.
