Desk: The trailer of director Geetu Mohandas's film 'Toxic' is getting mixed response from people. Some people found the trailer quite exciting, while some users also started trolling about the film. Now Kannada actress Rishika Singh has expressed her displeasure after watching the trailer. He has raised questions on the way women are shown in this film and the intimate scenes of the actors. Not only this, Rishika has also targeted Yash's character.

Only a few days are left for Yash's 'Toxic' to be released and fans are eagerly waiting for it to hit the theatres. On the other hand, some people did not like its trailer and questions were raised on the role of women in it. Meanwhile, Kannada actress Rishika Singh is also angry over Yash's 'Toxic'.

Rishika Singh shared a video on Instagram, in which she raised questions about Yash's nude scene. He said, “Beauty is the thing that suits a woman the most, but respect is the thing that suits a man the most. Why did you need to take off your pants like that, you are a complete monkey? Your wife is waiting for you at home, then what is the need to flirt with actresses? We do not support this new business of yours at all. You have women in your life, yet you are showing arrogance by coming here and You are talking big, give proper respect to women, otherwise we will throw you out of Karnataka.

    Rishika shared another video, in which she said, “I want Kannada cinema to move forward and reach the international audience. I am happy that a big film like 'Toxic' is being made in Kannada and a Bollywood actress is also working in it. But I did not like the way women were shown in the trailer.” He also raised questions about the roles of women in the film. The actress said, “There are five female actors in the film. Is even one of them shown as beautiful or in a good way? Why was Kiara Advani brought from Bollywood to be shown like this?”

    After Rishika Singh's video, Yash's fans also came out in her support and started criticizing the actress. One user commented, “It is clear that you are making this video out of your frustration.” At the same time, another user wrote, “Madam, the director is a woman and you are calling it the thinking of men? You haven't even seen the entire film yet. Watch the entire film before commenting.” One comment read, “Wow, when you watched ‘Animal’ with your family, where was your concern about the respect of women?”

    'Toxic', directed by Geetu Mohandas, is a gangster drama, in which Yash will be seen in a double role. The film also stars Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, Nayanthara and Tara Sutaria. The film has been produced by KVN Productions and Yash's Monster Mind Creations. 'Toxic' is going to be released in theaters on 26th August.
