The children are a regular presence on the couple’s social media accounts and in Rodríguez’s Netflix reality show “I Am Georgina”. Cristiano Jr., the eldest, has also begun carving out his own path in soccer.

Born in 2010 via surrogate, Cristiano Jr. is Ronaldo’s first child. The identity of his biological mother has never been made public, and Ronaldo has full custody, according to Hello!.

At 16, he is already pursuing soccer seriously and has trained in the youth systems of clubs associated with his father. Ronaldo often posts photos and videos of them exercising together, traveling and attending events.

Rodríguez met Ronaldo when Cristiano Jr. was about six and has helped raise him ever since. She frequently includes him in family posts and publicly refers to him with the same affection she shows her biological children.

For his 14th birthday in 2024, she wrote on social media: “Happy Birthday to my big boy, I love you to the moon and back.”

Eva Maria and Mateo

Ronaldo welcomed twins Eva Maria and Mateo through surrogacy in June 2017. He announced their birth by sharing a photo of himself holding the newborns and describing them as the “two new loves” of his life, according to People. The surrogate’s identity has remained private.

Rodríguez became part of their lives from infancy and has raised them alongside the couple’s other children.

The twins are often seen in family vacation photos, birthday celebrations and at soccer matches supporting Ronaldo.

Alana Martina

The family expanded again just five months later, when Rodríguez gave birth to Alana Martina in November 2017. She was Ronaldo and Rodríguez’s first child together.

With Alana born only months after Eva and Mateo, the three children have effectively grown up together and are frequently pictured as a close trio.

Alana has also become one of the familiar faces in I Am Georgina, which documents the family’s home life, travels and daily routines.

Bella Esmeralda and Ángel

Ronaldo and Rodríguez announced in October 2021 that they were expecting twins.

Their daughter Bella Esmeralda survived after the twins were born in April 2022, but their son Ángel died during childbirth.

The couple publicly described his death as the deepest pain a parent could experience, while saying Bella’s arrival gave them some strength amid their grief.

They thanked the doctors and nurses who cared for the family and later paid tribute to their son, saying: “Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you.”

A month after the birth, they revealed their daughter’s name as Bella Esmeralda.

Today, Ronaldo and Rodríguez are raising Cristiano Jr., Eva Maria, Mateo, Alana Martina and Bella together, while continuing to include Ángel in references to their family.

The couple’s relationship has also recently returned to the spotlight amid speculation over a possible wedding.

Reports by Jornal da Madeira and The Sun claimed Ronaldo and Rodríguez were preparing to marry on Aug. 8 in Funchal, Madeira, where Ronaldo was born.

Those claims were later rejected by Ronaldo's sisters, Katia and Elma Aveiro, in comments reported by Diario de Noticias da Madeira. Spanish magazine Hello! also contacted the church said to be hosting the ceremony and was told there was no booking under the couple’s names.
