has launched the updated Continental GT 650 with prices in the range of Rs 3,58,427 to Rs 3,87,667. While the core hardware has been carried over, the popular cafe racer bike gets cosmetic updates and some new features. These updates improve overall value for buyers and also unlock more options that can better align with individual tastes and preferences.2026 Continental GT 650 – What’s new?
Updated Continental GT 650 gets a black-painted instrument cowl, which ensures a sharper, more striking aesthetic. The bike also gets sleek LED indicators. These are also functionally relevant, as they ensure improved visibility. Tech kit has been updated with the addition of a Type-C USB fast charger. Royal Enfield has also introduced a blacked-out look with the Rocker Red variant. This treatment was earlier available only with the Apex Grey variant. The Rocker Red and Apex Grey variants have a blacked-out engine and exhaust. These variants use cast alloy wheels, finished in Black shade too. For a more intense retro feel, enthusiasts can go with the British Racing Green or Mr Clean variant of Continental GT 650. These have a polished engine and use traditional wire-spoke wheels. Apart from the updates described above, there are no other changes to Continental GT 650. Powering the bike is a 648 cc, parallel twin cylinder engine that generates 47.4 PS and 52.3 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 6-speed constant mesh gearbox. Continental GT 650 uses a steel tubular, double cradle frame with bolted trussing. The chassis has been developed in collaboration with Harris Performance. Suspension setup comprises 41 mm telescopic front forks and gas-charged twin rear shock absorbers. The bike has 18-inch wheels at both ends. Front and rear disc brakes are 320 mm and 240 mm, respectively, integrated with dual-channel ABS. Continental GT 650 has a ground clearance of 174 mm and seat height of 804 mm. Kerb weight is 214 kg. A twin-pod semi-digital instrument cluster has been used with the bike, which complements its retro cafe racer styling. The left instrument pod has the classic needle dial for the speedometer, along with an integrated LCD screen for showing fuel gauge, odometer and dual trip meters.
