Podcaster and creator Umaima Reshi believes that the world has a broken perception of women from Jammu and Kashmir. Speaking at NewsX’s We Women Want Conclave, Reshi, along with her co-panellists Mehak Bakshi and Madiha Talat, sought to highlight how women from the valley are now changemakers who are not just breaking glass ceilings but also helping others do the same. Reshi, who is a podcaster and creator focusing on women entrepreneurs said, “Women are leading everywhere in all aspects of society and it’s something that has always been there but never been seen.”
