Chandigarh | Aug 16: Azure Hospitality has commenced the pre-opening phase of Jhoommarking the group’s first multi-cuisine restaurant concept in Chandigarh. The upcoming destination is being developed as an immersive dining experience that brings together Indian, European and Asian influences, complemented by entertainment, nostalgia and contemporary hospitality.

Leading the culinary pre-opening and launch preparations is Chef Kartik, Regional Brand Chef, Azure Hospitality. The project marks a significant professional milestone for Chef Kartik, representing his 11th outlet opening with Azure Hospitality in just two years.

With a growing portfolio of distinctive restaurant concepts, Azure Hospitality has built its presence around experiential dining, strong culinary identities and innovative hospitality formats. Jhoom represents the group’s approach to creating a diverse dining destination where multiple cuisines and cultural influences come together under one roof.

The restaurant’s menu is being curated across a broad range of categories, including Indian and European favourites, Asian small plates, artisanal pizzas, sushi, dim sum, wok preparations, international comfort food and contemporary desserts. The multi-cuisine format is designed to offer diners flexibility while maintaining a distinct identity across each culinary section.
