  • Mumbai-based Mean Green Customs has given the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 a very attractive and low classic bobber avatar.
  • The satin gold finish, solo seat and wide tires give this custom bike a distinctly premium look.
  • Builders have emphasized on the design and aesthetics of the car while retaining the original 648 cc engine.

Royal Enfield's popular bike Interceptor 650 has always been a great choice for custom bike builders. But the workshop 'Mean-Green Customs' in Mumbai has presented this bike in a different form. They have changed the basic design of this bike to a very low, relaxed and classic bobber style.

The biggest change in this bike is in its design and stance. The original bike's high and upright seating design has been replaced by a completely new rear subframe, which is much closer to the ground. Also, the swingarm of the bike has been slightly lengthened and the rear shocks sit diagonally, which gives the bike the unique sloping look that a bobber bike gets.

The car's original double seat has been removed and replaced with a custom solo seat, which appears to float on the frame. The bike retains its original 18-inch wheels and is shod with Shinko E-270 Super Classic tires. These thick tires and custom ribbed fenders give the car a heavy and classic look.

To keep the center of the bike very clean, the original company's side panels have been removed, hand-made aluminum panels and a metal belly pan has been fitted under the engine. The handlebars have been replaced with clip-on bars and the headlight is tucked deeper between the forks. At the rear, the design is kept more minimalistic with small bullet-style tail-lamps.

Instead of the usual glossy black finish, the bike has been given a satin gold and bronze finish. It looks very attractive with the combination of metallic color, black engine and brown-black leather seats. The car's engine remains unchanged, retaining the original 648 cc parallel-twin engine (47 PS of power and 52 Nm of torque), as the builders' main focus was on design and looks over performance.
