Celebrating 85 years of global travel, Jeep Company has launched a special '85th Anniversary Edition' of Jeep Compass in the Indian market. This exclusive model is priced at Rs 26.70 lakh ex-showroom. It is a 'limited-run' model and only 85 units will be sold across the country. Customers can book this car at Jeep's authorized dealerships or online from the company's official website.

For a more premium look, this special anniversary edition gets 18-inch gloss-black alloy wheels and an all-black interior theme with 'Mayan Gold' color highlights. For customisation, it offers the 'AXS' package, which adds modern amenities like ambient lights, sunroof illumination, digital IRVM, as well as front and rear dashcams.

Apart from this, premium features like panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control and power tailgate have been retained. Talking about the engine and mechanicals, there are no technical changes. The car comes with a 2.0-litre diesel engine, which produces 168 bhp of power and 350 Nm of torque.

The engine is mated to a 9-speed automatic gearbox and is available in both 4×2 and 4×4 options. It also includes features like independent rear suspension, frequency-selective damping (FSD) and speed select control for a better driving and riding experience.
