**Who can apply for the 400 SPO posts?**

**Selection Process and Salary**
Candidates will be selected without any written examination or physical test. Selection will be based solely on document verification, a medical examination, and character verification. The tenure of the appointment will be one year, during which candidates will be paid a monthly salary of ₹20,000, a uniform allowance of ₹3,000, and ₹150 per day for official tours.
