Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has brought a special opportunity for the people who are dreaming of getting an affordable house in the prime and prime location Dwarka of the country’s capital Delhi. DDA has launched luxury housing located in Sector-19B under ‘Dwarka Community Service Personal (CSP) Housing Scheme. Golf View Condos 39 EWS/CSP flats in Tower-M have been launched in the market through e-auction. The reserve base price of these flats has been fixed at only Rs 31.28 lakh. There is a lot of buzz in the real estate sector regarding the auction of cheap flats in this ultra-premium project of Delhi.

Period of Registration and EMD Deposit: Starting from 15th July till 6:00 pm on 12th August.

Final Application Submission: 14th August till 6:00 pm.

Live E-Auction Date and Time: The auction will be held on August 21 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Applicants wishing to bid are required to deposit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 2 lakh and a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 2,500 through DDA’s e-tendering portal (dda.etender.sbi).
Who can apply for these flats?
It is extremely important to note that this scheme is not for all general buyers but has been brought under a special category. As per DDA rules:

The scheme is primarily provided as service staff/quarters to the owners or legal heirs of HIG, Super HIG and Penthouse flats in Golf View Condos, Dwarka Sector-19B.

Only those allottees who have not taken any CSP/EWS flat in this complex in the first round or otherwise are eligible to apply.

An applicant can bid for multiple flats, but final allotment will be made for only one flat.
Flat size and location characteristics
The plinth area (including common area) of these EWS flats located in Tower-M is approximately 50.043 square meters (approximately 538 square feet). It is very special in terms of location as Sector-19B is directly connected to Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport, Dwarka Expressway, Yashobhoomi (IICC) and Golf Course. Allottees of the flat will have to pay fixed maintenance fund (Rs 75,000 corpus) and monthly maintenance charges separately.
