Rocking star Yash talked openly about his film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups and told what the audience should expect from the film. According to Yash, this film is not just a traditional story, but also brings out those deep and uncomfortable aspects of human nature, which are not usually shown much in stories. Yash shared these things during his appearance on Rajat Sharma's show Aap Ki Adalat.

Talking about Toxic, Yash said that it was important to portray every layer of his character truthfully. He said, “Wherever the story goes, it's important to delve into every layer of this character. And for me, such a story needs to be told in the most authentic way possible. That's beyond my scope as a person.”

Yash also talked about the film's tagline A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups and said that this tagline itself gives a clear indication to the audience about the style and story of the film. He said, “Since I have titled it, I have also kept the tagline below it. It is a fairy tale for adults.”

Regarding the audience of the film, Yash made it very clear that Toxic is not made for the entertainment of children. He said, “Children should not watch this film. This film has not been made for children. All children should stay at home. It is very clear. We have not made it for children.”

For Yash, Toxic is a complex and layered story, which the audience can understand and feel from their own perspective. The experience of seeing the characters and their world of the film may be different for every viewer. Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is set to release worldwide on August 26, 2026.
