Bandla, BVS Ravi Blast Chiranjeevi’s Trollers

The speeches by Bandla Ganesh and BVS Ravi today, on the occasion of Chiranjeevi’s birthday, make it clear how disturbed the Mega camp is by the trolling targeting Chiranjeevi over the past few weeks, especially after the release of Varun Tej’s Korean Kanakaraju.
It is known that Satya’s comedy scene in Korean Kanakaraju, in which he imitated NTR, was misunderstood by a section of NTR fans as an attempt to troll him. This triggered a wave of trolling against Chiranjeevi, with fans bringing up scenes from Chantabbayi and several other old references.
At the same time, a section that is opposed to Chiranjeevi and his community also appears to be unhappy over Nagababu receiving a Cabinet-rank position. With both developments happening around the same time, Chiranjeevi seems to have become the main target.
The Mega camp appears to have a clear line when it comes to criticism. They may tolerate attacks on Nagababu or Pawan Kalyan, as both are actively involved in politics, but they are far less willing to accept anything they see as disrespectful towards Chiranjeevi.
Bandla Ganesh, despite having good relations with several TDP groups, did not hesitate to strongly attack the trolls from the stage. He said Chiranjeevi has never tried to pull anyone down and instead always encourages people when he recognises their talent. In his typical style, Bandla Ganesh hit back strongly at those trolling Chiranjeevi.
Similarly, BVS Ravi openly slammed those targeting Chiranjeevi, comparing the trolls to dogs and calling them “picchi vedhavalu.”
Overall, the speeches suggest that the Mega camp is taking the recent trolling of Chiranjeevi very seriously and is clearly unhappy with the way the issue has escalated.
