Mumbai: Police have registered an FIR against Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) convenor Abhijeet Dipke in Latur district of Maharashtra. They are accused of entering the government school without permission, obstructing government work and threatening the teachers. This case has been registered at Ausa police station. The complaint has been given by Syed Shamshadbano Khairat Ali, a 53-year-old teacher of Zilla Parishad Urdu School.

What is the whole matter, where did the incident happen?   

According to the police, the incident took place at Zilla Parishad Urdu School, Javali near Ausa, Latur, which is more than 500 kilometers from Mumbai. These days, Dipke is visiting schools in Central Maharashtra under CJP's 'Fix the School' campaign and highlighting the shortcomings there.

The complaint states that Deepke and his associates entered the school premises without any permission, sat among the students in the classroom and started questioning them. This disrupted school studies and government work.

Serious allegations of video recording and threats   

Many serious allegations have been made in the complaint. It is alleged that Deepke recorded a video inside the school and shared it on social media. He also defamed the school by claiming that during his visit, children from other schools were brought and made to sit in the class.

The teacher alleges that Deepke also threatened to get the teachers suspended. On the basis of this complaint, the police have registered a case under sections 132, 329(3), 351(2) and 356(2) of the Indian Justice Code.

These sections include charges like obstruction in government work, encroachment, intimidation and defamation. Officials say that further investigation into the matter is underway. This case has again brought to the fore the debate between showing the ground reality of government schools and administrative permission. On one hand there is a campaign to improve the condition of schools and on the other hand there is legal action regarding entry without permission.
