A case of death of a 31-year-old software engineer has come to light in Nihal Vihar area of Delhi. It is being told that there was a dispute between the husband and wife regarding the issue of administering medicine to a child. Within no time the matter escalated into a fight. According to the information, after the dispute the wife went out of the house. After about 10 minutes she returned, but this time some people from her maternal home were also with her. After some time, neighbors saw a man carrying a man on his shoulders and carrying him out of the house. The man who was taken out of the house was identified as Vinay, a 31-year-old software engineer. He was taken to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
Police have arrested his wife Rekha, his two brothers and a sister-in-law in connection with the death of 31-year-old software engineer Vinay in Nihal Vihar, Delhi. Vinay's family has accused his in-laws of murdering him. According to Vinay's family, he worked in the IT sector and his annual package was around Rs 60 lakh. About three and a half years ago, he was married to Rekha, a resident of Budh Vihar. Both of them have twin children, a son and a daughter. The family says that from outside his life appeared normal. Despite a good job, marriage for a few years and two children at home, all was not well in the relationship.
Vinay's family has alleged that the relationship between the husband and wife was not smooth since their marriage and there were frequent disputes over small matters. According to the family, Rekha also had many arguments with her mother-in-law. Vinay's family members have also alleged that he was allegedly receiving threats from Rekha's brothers.
According to Vinay's mother, there was a dispute at home between Vinay and his wife Rekha regarding giving medicine to the child. It is alleged that as the matter escalated, Vinay spoke in a loud voice, due to which Rekha got angry and went out of the house. The family claims that Rekha returned after about 10 minutes, but this time many people from her maternal family were with her. It is reported that his two brothers, sister-in-law, father and another person also reached home with him.

A CCTV footage to this case has also surfaced. In this, Rekha is seen in a red suit and her sister-in-law in a blue suit. At the same time, Rekha's two brothers, father and another person are also seen near the car. After this, the complete picture of what happened inside the house will become clear only after the police investigation. However, Vinay's family has alleged that his in-laws beat him up inside the house.
The family made serious allegations of assault
Vinay's family claims that he had even brought water for his in-laws, but after this he was allegedly beaten up. The family alleged that Vinay was strangulated and his chest was attacked with hands and feet. According to family members, Vinay's parents were also present in the house at the time of the incident. They tried to save the son, but his condition continued to deteriorate. After this Vinay was taken to the hospital, where he died.

According to Vinay's family, after some time of the dispute, a neighbor was seen carrying him on his shoulders and bringing him out of the house. The family claims that Vinay was not able to stand on his feet at that time. The neighbor made him sit on a chair, after which he was taken to the hospital for treatment. However, despite the efforts of the doctors, Vinay's life could not be saved. Vinay's family alleges that there was already tension between the two families. According to family members, Rekha often argued with Vinay's mother. Vinay was allegedly threatened by Rekha's brother even over small matters.
The family has also claimed that Vinay was given a separate space on the third floor of the house, while Rekha used to cook separately. Apart from this, family members allege that Rekha had also switched off the CCTV cameras installed in the house. Police have arrested four people including Vinay's wife Rekha, his two brothers and a sister-in-law in the case. Now CCTV footage, post-mortem report, evidence found from the scene and statements of the accused are considered important in the investigation.
