Vice Chairperson of Uttar Pradesh State Women's Commission to visit Sonbhadra on 24th August

District Sonbhadra will be visited by Charu Choudhary, Vice President of Uttar Pradesh State Women's Commission and of Deputy Minister level. During the visit, Mrs. Choudhary will take stock of the arrangements to women and girls' safety, health and welfare, as well as interact with the girl students and listen to the problems of women.

The Vice Chairperson of Uttar Pradesh State Women's Commission will first reach Vindhya Kanya Degree College, Pusauli, Robertsganj at 10:30 am and interact with the girl students. During this, information will be taken from the students about their problems and suggestions while interacting with them on their education, security, women empowerment and other topics.

After this, the Vice President will inspect the District Women's Hospital, Robertsganj. During the inspection, the health facilities being provided to women in the hospital, treatment arrangements, cleanliness, necessary resources and arrangements available for the patients will be reviewed.

At 01:00 pm, Vice Chairperson of Uttar Pradesh State Women's Commission Charu Choudhary will hold a women's public hearing at Circuit House, Sonbhadra. During the public hearing, while listening to the applications presented by the women of the district regarding their problems and complaints, she will direct the concerned officers for necessary action and prompt disposal of the complaints.

After this, the Vice President will inspect the Children's Home (Girls), Indrapuri Colony, Robertsganj at 05:15 pm. During the inspection, the status of accommodation, food, education, health, security and other basic facilities of the girls will be taken stock of and necessary directions will be given to the concerned officials.

The purpose of the Vice President's visit is to take stock of the ground situation of schemes and arrangements to women and girls and to make the arrangements more effective towards their safety, respect, health, education and empowerment.
