- amaranth flour
- ghee
- salt
- cumin
- potato
- Green chili paste
- Lemon juice

Action:
- To make Amaranth Thalipeeth, first of all, cook potatoes in a cooker until soft.
- Peel the cooked potato and mash it. Add some salt while cooking the potatoes.
- Mix amaranth flour, roasted groundnut paste, green chili paste and salt to taste in a large bowl.
- Add mashed potato, lemon juice and a spoonful of ghee to the prepared mixture and mix the flour well.
- Make thalipeeth by making small balls of the prepared mixture and fry on both sides on a hot griddle.
- Fasting platters made in a simple way are ready. This dish goes well with curd.
