Under the Pradhan Mantri Poshan Yojana, the program of felicitation of cooks and distribution of cashless medical cards was organized by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath from Lucknow. Live telecast of which was seen at Lohia Kala Bhavan along with MLA Shohratgarh Vinay Verma, District President BJP Deepak Maurya, District Magistrate Shivsharanappa GN and Chief Development Officer Balram Singh. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by MLA Shohratgarh Vinay Verma, District President BJP Deepak Maurya, District Magistrate Shivsharanappa GN and Chief Development Officer Balram Singh. District Magistrate Shivsharanappa GN welcomed MLA Shohratgarh Vinay Verma and District BJP President Deepak Maurya with bouquets. A cultural program was presented by the school students of the Basic Education Department.

On this occasion, MLA Shohratgarh Vinay Verma said that the Chief Minister has given a gift to you people. The cooks have been given the benefit of free cashless medical facility up to Rs 5 lakh for treatment. The cost of preparing food for children in schools has been increased by Rs 500 per year. With this, the honorarium has been increased by Rs 1000. Benefit of accident scheme up to Rs 2 lakh will be given. Thanking the District Magistrate, he said that this program has been organized in all the assemblies today. MLA Shohratgarh congratulated everyone.

District President BJP Deepak Maurya said on this occasion that the Chief Minister has given 4 gifts to the cooks before Rakshabandhan. The respect of cooks has been increased by increasing the honorarium of Rs 1000. The government is providing benefits of various schemes to the eligible beneficiaries. District Magistrate Shivsharanappa GN welcomed all the public representatives and thanked the Chief Minister and said that the honorarium of all of you has been increased. Along with this, the benefit of cashless medical facility will be provided.

MLA Shohratgarh Vinay Verma, District President BJP Deepak Maurya, District Magistrate Shivsharanappa GN and Chief Development Officer Balram Singh gave cashless medical cards, dress distribution, symbolic cheques, and honored 05 cooks for their excellent work.

Chief Development Officer Balram Singh expressed his gratitude to MLA Shohratgarh Vinay Verma, District President BJP Deepak Maurya, District Magistrate Shivsharanappa GN and all others.

District Basic Education Officer Shailesh Kumar congratulated all the cooks and appealed to work with full dedication. On this occasion, the concerned Block Education Officer, District Coordinator, teachers, cooks etc. were present.
