Toxic Advance Booking: Yash Starrer Sells Over 7 Lakh Tickets For Day 1; Earns More Than ₹26 Crore

Toxic has sold over 7 lakh tickets for its August 26 opening day, collecting Rs. 26.40 crore gross across languages without block seats. The Geetu Mohandas directorial, starring Yash, Nayanthara and Kiara Advani, has earned Rs. 34.93 crore including block seats. Hindi version leads pre-sales with 3.70 lakh-plus tickets sales, followed by Kannada version.

Geetu Mohandas' Toxic, starring Yash, Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, and Huma Qureshi, is undoubtedly one of the most-awaited films of the year. The movie is slated to hit the big screens on August 26, 2026, and while it is shot in Kannada and English, it will be dubbed and released in multiple languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. The advance booking of Toxic was opened a couple of days ago, and it is getting an excellent response.

According to Sacnilk, the film, for its first day, has till now sold more than 7 lakh tickets and has collected Rs. 26.40 crore gross (all languages) without block seats, and the collection with block seats is Rs. 34.93 crore (all languages).

The Hindi-dubbed version has received the best response till now in pre-sales, followed by the original Kannada version. The Hindi version has sold over 3.70 lakh tickets for the opening day till now, and the Kannada version has sold more than 2.70 lakh tickets.

After Hindi and Kannada versions, it is the Tamil version that has received a good response. It has sold more than 42K tickets. The Malayalam version and Telugu version have till now sold over 10K and 6K tickets, respectively.
