Michael Olise was strongly linked with a switch to Real Madrid earlier this summer, but he eventually remained at Bayern Munich, while the Spanish club chose to sign RB Leipzig's Yan Diomande instead.
Even so, this is unlikely to be the last occasion on which the Frenchman draws attention from other elite clubs. According to an unnamed source close to Olise, who spoke to L'Équipe, the 24-year-old may at some stage decide to move on.
"He [Olise] is very happy in Munich. Of course, in the long term, it's logical that he will seek out new challenges," the source told L'Équipe.
"But for now, everything is going well. He simply wants to continue improving and, above all, win everything this season with Bayern."
Olise is under contract with Bayern until the summer of 2029.
