Customers gathered outside the restaurant, operated by Hong Kong actor Mat Yeung, on Aug. 26 as it resumed operations just two days after being ordered to close by the Petaling Jaya City Council.
The restaurant closed 10 days after opening on Aug. 14 over alleged breaches to its license and use of the premises, The Star reported.
A group of customers was already queuing outside the restaurant before the closure seals had been removed.
