A new feature of this year’s fair is the VIFA House & Building Pavilion, a dedicated exhibition area for products and solutions used in residential and commercial buildings. Exhibits will include construction materials, equipment, indoor and outdoor furniture, smart home technologies and building solutions from international suppliers.

The pavilion will provide a networking area for manufacturers, investors, architects, contractors, project developers and international buyers.

The organizers will also hold business activities during the event for international visitors.

An industry seminar on Sept. 3-4 will cover topics including the China-Vietnam Home & Furniture E-Commerce Trade Matching Event 2026 by Huiyuan Culture Group, TikTok Shop’s Home Living category and Wayfair’s global sourcing opportunities for Vietnamese manufacturers.

The VIFA B2B Coffee & Matching program will provide a one-on-one networking space for buyers and exhibitors to discuss potential partnerships and business opportunities. The area will also serve as a buyer lounge and host social media activities with complimentary coffee gifts.

Hall B will also host the SIGTEX Vietnam 2026 Pavilion, which will showcase green technologies, industrial machinery, electrical and electronic equipment, and clean and renewable energy solutions. The pavilion will bring together companies and organizations from supporting industries, sustainable manufacturing and investment.

Running alongside VIFA ASEAN, Vietnam International Sourcing (VIS) 2026, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, will take place from Sept. 3 to 5 at Hall A of SECC.

The exhibition will feature more than 400 Vietnamese exhibitors across export sectors including food and beverages, home appliances and furniture, lifestyle and health products, and export supply chains.

Through Vietnam’s overseas trade office network, VIS 2026 is expected to attract international buyers, importers and retailers, including AEON, Central Retail and Walmart, to explore sourcing opportunities and partnerships with Vietnamese suppliers.

The organizers expect the concurrent staging of VIFA ASEAN 2026 and Vietnam International Sourcing 2026 to expand the exhibitions’ international reach and attract buyers, distributors and sourcing groups from global markets.
